You wanted it, you got it. This is our membership form so that you can officially join the CoF.

Please make sure to fill the form out fully and truthfully. Lying is just bad fuckery and well we don't do that here. The information asked here is pretty basic just so we have a good idea of the number of members in any given area. This will help us down the line with all those wonderful forms we gotta do to become legit.

While we are currently working on making the CoF recognized in the United States, it doesn't mean you can't join if you live outside of the US. In fact if you go ahead and sign up it will help us down the road to get the CoF recognized where you live.
